We collect the details needed to process an order or wholesale request, including name, email, phone, shipping address, selected products, order notes, and support messages. Payment details are handled by the approved payment provider and are not used for unrelated outreach.
How information is used
Customer information is used for checkout, order confirmation, shipment preparation, delivery support, fraud prevention, customer service, and wholesale follow-up. We do not sell customer contact information.
Operational access
Only approved team members should access order support, tracking, and trade follow-up details, and only when those details are needed to complete fulfillment or customer care.
Retention and requests
Order records may be retained for accounting, fulfillment, support, and compliance needs. Customers may request correction or removal of non-required contact information through the store support channel.
